This Returns & Refunds Policy explains how NoorNest ("we", "us", "our") handles returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made on our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below. Our aim is to make returns simple and fair while protecting the quality and authenticity of our products.
1. Refund & Return Eligibility
Most items sold by NoorNest are eligible for return if they meet the conditions listed in this policy. To be eligible for a return or refund, the item must:
- Be returned within the specified return window (see Return Window).
- Be in the same condition you received it — unused, with original tags, packaging, and any included accessories.
- Include proof of purchase (order number or packing slip).
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or may receive a partial refund.
2. Return Window
Standard returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery. After 30 days, we cannot guarantee acceptance of the return unless the item is defective or was shipped in error.
3. How to Start a Return
- Contact our support team at support@noorneststore.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions if approved.
- Pack the item securely, include the RMA number and original packing slip, and ship it using a trackable method.
Returns sent without prior approval or without an RMA number may be delayed or refused.
4. Return Shipping & Costs
Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item), customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you received free original shipping and request a refund, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method — we are not responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
5. Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be in resalable condition: unworn, unwashed, with original tags, labels, and packaging intact. Items showing signs of wear, misuse, odors, or modifications may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or legal reasons. These include but are not limited to:
- Final sale or clearance items explicitly marked as non-returnable.
- Personalized, custom-made, or monogrammed goods.
- Digital products or downloadable files.
If an item is non-returnable it will be clearly indicated on the product page.
7. Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please contact us at support@noorneststore.com. Exchanges are processed like returns: you'll need to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement. In some cases we may offer an exchange shipment once the returned item has been received and inspected.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos of the damage and your order number. If verified, we will — at your choice — replace the item, send a refund, or issue store credit. For defective items, we may request the item be returned for inspection; in such cases, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
9. Incorrect or Missing Items
If you received the wrong item or an item is missing from your order, contact us within 7 days. We will investigate and correct the issue promptly — either by sending the missing/correct item or issuing a refund.
10. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued for returned items that are not in original condition, are damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. The amount of any partial refund will be calculated based on the item's condition at return.
11. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet entered our fulfillment process. To request a cancellation, contact support@noorneststore.com immediately. If the order has already shipped, standard return procedures apply.
12. International Returns
International customers are subject to the same return rules, but are generally responsible for return shipping, customs clearance, and import taxes on returned items unless the return is due to our error. Customs fees are non-refundable.
Because of additional transit time and customs processing, international returns may take longer to reach us and be processed.
13. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The time it takes for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
