These are estimated delivery times and not guaranteed. Factors such as customs inspections, weather, or local delivery conditions may extend delivery. We continuously work to shorten these timeframes as NoorNest grows.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and delivery destination. Occasionally, NoorNest may offer free or discounted shipping promotions — keep an eye on our announcements and banners!

In rare cases, additional shipping charges may apply for remote or restricted areas. Our team will notify you before dispatch if such a charge is required.

6. Split Shipments

To ensure faster delivery, your order may arrive in multiple packages if it includes items shipped from different warehouses. Each package will have its own tracking number and may arrive at slightly different times.

7. Pre-orders & Backorders

Occasionally, NoorNest may offer pre-order or backorder options for high-demand products. These items will ship once available, as per the estimated timeline mentioned on the product page. You will receive a confirmation email when your pre-ordered item ships.

8. International Shipping

NoorNest proudly ships worldwide. Please note that certain countries or regions may have shipping restrictions due to logistics limitations, customs, or local regulations.

International customers are responsible for all applicable customs fees, import duties, and local taxes imposed by their destination country. These fees are not included in NoorNest’s shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient at delivery.

Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email containing a tracking link will be sent. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment, depending on carrier systems. You can track your order anytime by clicking the tracking link provided in your email.

10. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping details — including name, address, and contact number — are complete and accurate before finalizing your order. NoorNest cannot be held responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Once an order has been shipped, changes to the address are generally not possible.

11. PO Box & Military Addresses

We currently do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, or military addresses. Please provide a valid residential or commercial address during checkout to ensure successful delivery.

12. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or estimated delivery date, if lost). Provide your order number and photos of the damaged packaging or items. Our team will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and will work to resolve the issue promptly.

NoorNest cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for untracked or uninsured shipments lost in transit.

13. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or other import charges determined by the destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable, even in case of returns.

NoorNest is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control — including but not limited to natural disasters, customs processing, strikes, local delivery issues, or pandemics.
